Mango & Maca

Maca is a great adoptogen that will give you that extra energy boost and sharpen cognitive function to get you through the morning!


90g / 1 Banana, frozen

1/2 cup / 80g Mango, frozen chunks

1 tsp Maca Powder

2 tbsp Hemp Seeds

1 cup / 250ml Almond Milk (if making a smoothie bowl only add 1/2 cup)


Blend all ingredients in a Nutri Bullet or blender making sure to add the liquid before any powders to avoid clumping.

If making a smoothie bowl, pour into your favourite bowl and get creative with the toppings.
