1 1/2 cups / 160g Pineapple - chunks
1 Lemon, peeled and quartered
2” piece Ginger Root
1/2 cup / 125ml Coconut Water - add once the you’ve juice the above ingredients
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper - ground, stir through
Use either a cold press (masticating) machine or centrifugal juicer, making sure you rinse all of your ingredients.
