About Me

After having a road accident when I was 17 each and every doctor and physiotherapist recommended I try Pilates to heal my injuries. I needed strengthen my body, to rebuild my mobility and gain more flexibility. This is where my love for Pilates was born. I was then classically trained by Gaby Noble at Exhale Pilates London.

After 10 years of self practise and trying many classes with different teachers I decided to become a teacher myself. I wanted to create a session that served the body and didn’t break it down. I wanted my classes to lengthen, strengthen, build flexibility and ultimately help to heal the mind as-well as the body. Seeing my clients grow in confidence and strength is why I am so grateful to have found Pilates and to be doing what I love the most.

The six Pilates principles are: Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre and Flow. My goal as a Pilates teacher is to help you to work on all six in each session.

To say that Bryony and pilates have changed my life is no exaggeration. I have an incredibly busy work life and finding the time to exercise can be tough, but being able to participate in the pilates sessions via zoom means that it has seamlessly integrated into my life without compromising on the intensity or results. Bryony’s routines change all the time and keep you and your body moving forward so that you see results quickly and stay motivated. People think pilates is easy but Bryony reminds you every single session that it absolutely is not. I used to get aches and pains from sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time but since doing pilates I no longer get this as my muscles feel longer and my body feels more agile and flexible.
