"After having a road accident when I was 17, each and every doctor and physiotherapist recommended I try Pilates to heal my injuries. I needed to strengthen my body, to rebuild my mobility and gain more flexibility.
This is where my love for Pilates was born. It was extremely important for me to become classically certified and I trained for this in London. After 10 years of self practise and trying many classes with different teachers I decided to become a teacher myself.
I wanted to create a session that served the body and didn’t break it down, that you looked forward to and were able to achieve consistency with. I wanted my classes to lengthen, strengthen, build flexibility and ultimately help to heal the mind as-well as the body.
Seeing my clients grow in confidence and strength is why I am so grateful to have found Pilates and to be doing what I love the most. The six Pilates principles are: Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre and Flow. My goal as a Pilates teacher is to help you to work on all six in each session."
“You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.” - Joseph Pilates
